Denali National Park is over 6,000,000 acres ( it's larger than several states including New Hampshire, Massachusttes, New Jersey, etc.) and home to the highest peak on the North Amercan continent. Denali, also known as Mt. McKinley, is 20,310' in elevation. This park is also home to wide array of northern wildlife...

They say the top of Denali is only visible about 30% of the time, it's high enough into the atmosphere to create it's own weather systems.

This cow moose and her little calf came right into the campground. A mother moose with a baby is the most dangerous animal in the park, even more so than the grizzlies. Needless to say I kept my distance and didn't stay long!
